Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for educators, focusing on assessment approaches, instructional design principles, and pedagogical trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, align strategies, and stay up-to-date on educational trends, enhancing the relevance and impact of our training offerings.
- Work closely with educational entities to tailor training solutions to their unique requirements, fostering pedagogical excellence and effective assessment practices.
- Provide ongoing support to teachers and educational partners through workshops, seminars, and online platforms, supporting their continuous professional growth.
- Engage with regional sales teams to ensure the seamless integration of training initiatives with clients' needs, while also spearheading the training of sales personnel on assessment and product knowledge.
Requirements:
