Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying training and development needs and planning, organizing, and overseeing programs to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Program Development: Design, deliver, and oversee training programs for Technical Services members and teams, meeting quarterly and monthly targets.
  2. Program Implementation and Evaluation: Monitor the implementation and execution of programs, using metrics to evaluate their effectiveness and adapting the approach as needed.
  3. Training Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with managers and employees at all levels to identify and assess new training and development needs.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Supervise and monitor progress made through internal and external training.
  5. Customized Training: Tailor training to meet the specific growth requirements of Technical Services members.
