About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Research Operations Coordinator to join our UX Research Team at Adaptavist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our research projects, from establishing best practices to streamlining processes and managing tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain best practices for recruiting and engaging participants
  • Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research activities
  • Create pre-defined templates for reports, charts, and presentations
  • Define and execute a UX research operations roadmap to improve efficiency and address gaps
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies covering all stages from outreach to engagement
  • Forge strong collaborations with internal teams to ensure seamless participant recruitment
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment methods and processes
  • Foster a vibrant community and develop a database of engaged participants
  • Advocate for the value of UX research internally and externally
Requirements
  • Background in UX or Market Research Operations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver top results in high-stakes situations
  • Skilled at engaging stakeholders, guiding decisions, and aligning teams with research findings
  • Experience in leading diverse teams and demonstrating effective research integration for maximum impact
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and keep everything organized in UX or market research settings
  • Expert in recruiting specific groups via social media and databases
