About the Role
Cpm International is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues related to Dyson products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues related to Dyson products.
- Use leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines.
- Agree and arrange technician visits or send additional/spare parts directly to clients when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to customers.
- Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers on Dyson Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.
Requirements
- Fluent level of written and spoken French.
- Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality experience for customers.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solution-oriented approach to provide the correct and best outcome for customers.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize workload with the ability to work under pressure.
