About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Signify. As a key member of our Digital Marketing Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and content audits on our D2C website to identify areas for improvement and optimize our content for search engines.
  • Perform keyword research to create and update new pages, ensuring our content is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with our SEO strategy.
  • Optimize content on our website to improve relevance, quality, and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Identify link-building opportunities to create high-quality backlinks to our website and improve our authority and positioning.
  • Revise and optimize SEO copies to ensure they meet our brand's tone and style guidelines.
  • Advocate for SEO best practices and adoption across core cross-functional teams, including content, front-end engineering, and creative teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement on our website, e-commerce platform, and app based on learnings, insights, and consumer data to enhance consumer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Consult on solutions for major and minor development build items from an operations perspective, including project management and planning support.
  • Work closely with IT development teams, design, and other digital marketing experts to identify experiments and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage CMS platforms, with a strong understanding of the business value and context of the AEM platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business-oriented service organization, with a strong background in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience working with tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, OnCrawl Search Console, and BrightEdge.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to deliver results, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
