We are a young, multicultural team that is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist who will join our team and help us provide top-notch support to our employees.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide in-situ and remote support to our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, Windows 10, and the Office suite, as well as experience with macOS and Linux. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide in-situ and remote support to users
  2. Manage equipment stock and ensure that all devices are properly configured
  3. Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers for use
  4. Grant and revoke access to our platforms as needed
  5. Support and maintain meeting rooms and events
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest security best practices and ensure that our systems are secure
  7. Create documentation to help users and the team in their day-to-day activities

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  2. Basic knowledge of networking and experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite
  3. Experience with macOS and Linux is a plus
  4. Knowledge of Jira and Unifi is a plus
  5. Fluent English language skills
  6. Based in Barcelona
  7. Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher, VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Center
