We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our crew at SailPoint. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll be working closely with our field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. You'll be the face of our company, building strong relationships with customers and delivering a positive experience using our sales model.

What We're Looking For
  • A dynamic individual with effective communication skills and a knack for persuasion
  • Someone who is well-organized, with a deep understanding of digital sales techniques
  • A team player who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our Madrid Hub
What You'll Achieve

In your first month, you'll complete our comprehensive onboarding program, including Challenger Sales Training and Revenue Onboarding. You'll also familiarize yourself with our High-Level Function Org Chart and learn the SailPoint pitch.

By the end of your first 3 months, you'll have completed additional training and will be working closely with your buddy and manager to develop your skills and achieve your goals.

By the end of your first 6 months, you'll have achieved funnel and pipeline targets, closed a deal with support from an Account Executive, and will be well on your way to becoming a successful Digital Sales Representative.

By the end of your first 12 months, you'll have delivered against yearly targets, maintained KPI results on track, and will be closing deals independently without support.
