We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our crew at SailPoint. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll be working closely with our team of field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. You'll be using your experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales to deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts.

What We're Looking For
  • A dynamic individual with effective communication skills, very well organized, and a knack for persuasion.
  • A deep understanding of digital sales techniques and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Madrid Hub.
What You'll Achieve

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to achieve significant milestones, including:

  • Completing the Getting Started Checklist, including Pre/Post Revenue Onboarding Coursework, attending HR onboarding sessions, and accessing Identity University.
  • Familiarizing yourself with the High-Level Function Org Chart and understanding our main 5 business functions and teams.
  • Completing Challenger Sales Training and making use of all video collateral to augment onboarding training.
  • Learning the SailPoint pitch and meeting the team, including Digital Sales, AE's, Marketing, Channel, and Sales Leadership.
  • Ensuring access to and familiarity with all tools in your digital tech stack and demonstrating knowledge in how to uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives.
