We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our crew at SailPoint. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll be working closely with our team of field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. You'll be using your experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales to deliver a positive customer experience while maximizing revenue in target accounts.

What We're Looking For
  • A dynamic individual with effective communication skills and a knack for persuasion
  • Someone who is well-organized and has a deep understanding of digital sales techniques
  • A team player who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our Madrid Hub
What You'll Achieve

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to achieve significant milestones and contribute to the growth of our sales team. Within the first month, you'll be expected to complete our onboarding program, including Challenger Sales Training and revenue onboarding coursework. You'll also be working closely with our team to develop a development plan and align with our sales model.

By the end of your first 6 months, you'll have achieved funnel & pipeline targets and closed a deal with support from our Account Executive. By the end of your first 12 months, you'll have delivered against yearly target for funnel and pipeline and maintained KPI results on track with targets.
