About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team at SailPoint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
  • Utilize your experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales to deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
  • Collaborate with a team of field sales counterparts to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of digital sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
