We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our team at SailPoint. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll be working closely with our field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. You'll be using your experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales to deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts.

What You'll Achieve
  • Within the first month, you'll complete our comprehensive onboarding program, including Challenger Sales Training and revenue onboarding coursework.
  • You'll familiarize yourself with our high-level function org chart and learn the SailPoint pitch.
  • You'll meet the team, including Digital Sales, Account Executives, Marketing, Channel, and Sales Leadership.
  • You'll ensure access to and familiarity with all tools in your digital tech stack.
By the Time You've Been with Us for 3 Months
  • You'll have completed Challenger Sales Training & Introduction to Commercial Insights.
  • You'll have completed revenue onboarding and refined the SailPoint pitch.
  • You'll have commenced the development plan process and created a development plan for yourself.
  • You'll have shadowed 4 discovery calls and aligned and mapped your top 4 accounts.
By the End of Your First 6 Months
  • You'll have achieved funnel & pipeline targets and all critical activities managed through the KPI dashboard.
  • You'll have closed a deal, as marked by DSR Closer, with support from AE (Account Executive).
By the End of Your First 12 Months
  • You'll have delivered against yearly target for funnel and pipeline.
  • You'll have maintained KPI results on track with targets.
  • You'll have closed deals independently without support of AE.
