IT Compliance Specialist

Glia is a leading provider of AI-powered customer engagement solutions for financial institutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Professional to join our Information Security and Compliance Team.
Key Responsibilities- Support ongoing compliance activities and monitoring efforts across various regulations, including GDPR, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC, and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures, as well as monitor and audit existing controls.
- Conduct research and analysis on regulatory changes and industry developments.
- Provide guidance and training to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of IT security controls and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant IT compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Previous experience in IT compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Associate, are a plus.
