Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agency Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Mygwork. As an Agency Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the performance of allocated third-party staffing agencies across Spain, ensuring they meet contractual metrics and deliver effective vendor-supplied services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship with allocated third-party staffing agencies to monitor performance and hold them accountable for delivery against pre-agreed contractual metrics.
- Partner with staffing agencies to remove blockers impacting agency performance, using functional expertise to advise and support.
- Support Agency Risk team and OpsPXT partners to address repeated agency underperformance or escalations in partnership with Business Management team.
- Conduct in-depth formal reviews and audits with staffing agencies to inspect readiness for event days, peak, and launch hiring, and monitor agency completion of required actions in a timely manner.
- Lead and contribute to cross-business line and Country proposals for tactical initiatives that aid in improving temporary labor hiring outcomes, considering both business and third-party staffing agency considerations.
- Represent staffing agency requirements and considerations in cross-functional strategic programs at territory and/or country level, including technology, product, policy, or process changes.
- Support cross-functional transformation programs to define territory-level strategies regarding third-party staffing agency usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, operations, or an associated function.
- Vendor management experience across large geographical regions.
- Highly numerate, with strong analytical/Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders to determine goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.
- Experience managing a commercial multi-site master vendor contingency agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.
- Able to deliver independently and take the lead on tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with good judgment.
- Able to evaluate and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs.
- Skilled mediator, able to balance conflicting priorities and find a path forward in difficult situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of internal and external metrics, drivers, and focus areas for the business and organization.
- Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on complex topics that scale across regions.
- Adaptable and flexible to respond to changing business needs while maintaining velocity.
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
- Comfortable with high-volume workload.
