As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

  • Overseeing CPO software services to ensure operational performance exceeds contractual obligations.
  • Onboarding and providing support to small and medium-sized business clients utilizing our B2B charger management software.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the complete order-to-cash process, including reporting, invoicing, and payment management.
  • Conducting regular assessments and check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Finance, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collecting customer feedback and insights, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Specialist or similar positions.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on defining, measuring, and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with knowledge of SQL/Python or equivalent for data processing and decision-making.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A solid understanding of customer engagement strategies, supporting sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English are required.
