We seek a seasoned Customer Engagement Manager with a background in B2B SaaS platforms, alongside a candidate eager to embark on their Customer Success journey with us, provided they possess financial knowledge and prior experience in client-facing roles.

Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that our clients derive maximum value from our services by assisting them throughout their journey with Kantox and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

By engaging with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, you will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our international corporate clients' operations, conduct quarterly account evaluations, and manage key performance indicators such as product utilization, contract renewals, and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will address daily inquiries regarding their hedging strategies and proactively take charge to enhance their utilization of our solutions, often collaborating with colleagues from various departments within Kantox.

Your Responsibilities at Kantox

  • Evaluate your clients' hedging strategies and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure their goals are achieved and they receive optimal value from our offerings.
  • Manage critical customer situations both internally at Kantox and with the client.
  • Develop your assigned accounts and enhance the utilization of our solutions by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Kantox, soliciting feedback and ensuring it is addressed and acted upon internally.
  • Assist your clients effectively, efficiently, and courteously with specific support topics on a daily basis (approximately 10% of the role).

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Over one year of experience in serving corporate clients in roles such as Customer Success, Sales, or demanding Customer Service.
  • Educational background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in a treasury function and exposure to ERP/TMS software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with native or bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong analytical abilities and capability to work effectively across teams.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, experienced in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • A problem-solving mindset and resilience under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and advancing your career in Customer Success.

Kantox is a prominent fintech company specializing in advanced Currency Management Automation software solutions that assist businesses in automating their foreign exchange processes and leveraging currencies for growth.
