Here’s a glimpse of how you would contribute:

You will plan and oversee new client projects, ensuring successful onboarding. You will maintain service level agreements and proactively advise clients on technical matters. You will be responsible for long-term client retention, satisfaction, and success within your portfolio. You will collaborate closely with sales, service, marketing, and product teams to integrate client feedback into new solutions and continuously enhance client engagement. You will remain adaptable to further develop in your field and embrace new challenges.

To excel in this role, you should:

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to manage escalation cases with diplomacy, tact, and composure in Italian & English. Have a desire to work in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment and to collaborate in virtual teams. Bring relevant experience in a customer-facing role: Implementation/Onboarding Management, Customer Relationship/Service Management, Project Management, or Customer Success (ideally B2B; SaaS/software sector). Exhibit strong project management skills and a hands-on mentality.
