We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Danish Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team at Cross Border Talents. Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support:
    • Provide top-notch customer service to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a high level of empathy, understanding, and responsiveness.
  2. Technical Assistance:
    • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services.
    • Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations met.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
    • Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.

Requirements
  1. Language Skills:
    • Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
