SAP Seller Partner Manager for Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Partner Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional partner experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for both partners and SAP.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the seller partner relationship, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional partner experience through partner engagement with SAP.
- Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the partner's business with SAP.
- Assist partners in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market and maximize the management and cadences around driving joint CVJ activities with SAP.
- Evaluate and address competency gaps of managed partners and proactively develop cloud-ready partner capabilities.
- Excellent executive presence and relationship building skills.
- Ability to master complexity and orchestrate multiple timelines.
- Focused on both consumption and sales to maximize customer success.
- Strategic thinker with high degree of creativity and innovation.
- Results-driven with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong program/project management and governance skills.
- Expertise in subscription-based and cloud models.
- Ability to manage through crisis and maintain relationships in challenging situations.
- Experience driving partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes.
- Expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in orchestrating ecosystem practices, leading with influence, and managing multiple relationships to achieve a common goal.
- 3-5+ years in a partner-facing role, with experience working for an SAP partnership desired.
- Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills.
- Business development planning and execution experience in driving demand gen, sales pipeline, and enablement with partners.
- Strong analytical competencies to drive action orientation through assigned partners.
- Local market knowledge and understanding of the software industry, trends, and vertical market industries.
English and Spanish are mandatory languages for this role. The location for this position is Barcelona.
