About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minacs. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
  • Proficient or bilingual level of Italian and advanced level of English
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Excellent customer care skills, with ability to listen to and understand customer needs
  • Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution
  • Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows/MS Office/internet configuration)
