Product Lead Near Patient Care

As a Product Lead Near Patient Care, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products and solutions. Your mission is to steer the product's journey, guiding the cross-functional team responsible for improving it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Marketing Plan: Propose objectives, strategies, initiatives, and tactics for sales teams of the related product/solution, focusing on Near Patient Care and aligning with the Integrated Company Plan.
  • Launch and Business Planning: Prepare for the related products & solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Follow Near Patient Care market trends, understand customer journeys, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Market Awareness, Promotion and Communication: Stay updated on developments and publications related to the products. Develop promotional campaigns in coordination with Global teams and manage budget control.
  • Product Mastery: Attain comprehensive knowledge of the product's features, clinical applications, and competitive advantages. Capture customer and market feedback and communicate proposed product improvements to global teams.
  • Documentation and Support Material: Adapt or create technical-commercial documentation and provide comprehensive materials that aid the product's understanding and promotion.
  • Regulatory Vigilance and Quality Collaboration: Work with quality and regulatory departments to uphold standards and compliance.
  • Commercial and Tender Support: Provide support for technical-commercial matters, including product-specific training and assistance with product-related queries in tenders.
  • Continual Learning and Product Proficiency: Commit to ongoing personal education to master new product features and stay updated on existing product solutions.
  • Product Care Accountability: Be accountable for end-to-end product readiness in internal systems.
