Clinical Admission Specialist

At GenesisCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Admission Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Admission Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth admission process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient admissions, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GenesisCare policies and procedures.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
