Job Opportunity

Esade, a global academic institution, is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the administrative and commercial tasks of the admission process. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director Asociada and follow established procedures to streamline the recruitment process and increase the number of students within the set target.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level attention to interested individuals and offer information on the portfolio and required documentation for the admission process.
  • Perform the first commercial filter of applicants (profile, level of interest, etc.).
  • Collect and review the documentation submitted through the admission request form.
  • Extract data from received documentation and prepare lists for the Admissions Committee, verifying the quality of introduced data.
  • Offer support in commercial tasks.
  • Support the organization of events (preparation of materials and spaces, contact with suppliers, etc.).
  • Resolve incidents within the scope of responsibility.
  • Detect and propose actions for continuous improvement to optimize work processes.
  • Ensure the updating and reliability of databases within the scope.
  • Meet established deadlines for actions that require it.
  • Perform any other function inherent to the position or group to which it belongs, attributed to it.
Qualifications
  • Higher Education: Bachelor's degree or university title.
  • Tech Skills: Microsoft 365 and valuable use of Salesforce.
  • Languages: English and Spanish advanced.
