Clinical Admission Specialist

At GenesisCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Admission Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Admission Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception and Attention: Provide warm and welcoming reception to patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Consultation: Manage patient appointments, send reminders, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, handle consent forms, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Facturation: Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the healthcare team, including scheduling, data entry, and report preparation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
