**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all HR and payroll administration for the region, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in HR-related matters, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

- Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English language skills.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Resourceful, determined, and collaborative, with a strong sense of urgency.
