Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Labour Relations department in our HQ in Tarragona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and excellent service support in labor relations and payroll responsibilities to the Corporate Areas in HQ.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spanish Payroll, with experience in labor code, taxation, and social security systems. You will be fluent in Spanish and English, with good analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring key costs are correctly tracked and recorded, contributing to shaping and implementing the global pay review and variable pay process, and owning the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company depending on size and complexity.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a point of contact for stakeholders, including Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury, and others. You will also be involved in process improvement projects.
Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in Spanish Payroll, fluency in Spanish and English, and good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details. Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law, and experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP software.
