We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Labour Relations department in our HQ in Tarragona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and excellent service support in labor relations and payroll responsibilities to the Corporate Areas in HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate tracking and recording of key costs, such as bonus accrual and salary levels, and serve as a central point of contact for addressing questions and challenges.
- Contribute to shaping and implementing the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring compliance with the reward governance framework.
- Own the payroll processing cycle for a country or company, depending on size and complexity.
- Manage payroll balances and controls at input and output, including Source to Gross and Gross to Net.
- Provide payroll accounting support and handle complex payroll queries and escalations.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, including Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury, and others.
- Lead process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Spanish Payroll.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Good analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Spanish Labor Code, Taxation, and Social Security System.
