What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker with a passion for service. If you're a people person with a knack for creativity and self-leadership, we want to hear from you. You'll be a great fit if you're a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do to get things done.

Job Responsibilities
As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including handling VIP reservations, guiding guests, and being a Kimpton ambassador. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner, recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members and returning guests.
  • Accommodating general and unique requests.
  • Analysing customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve overall rating, scores, and metrics.
  • Provide information on hotel services and facilities.
  • Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, and needs, etc.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field, and 2+ years' experience working in Front Office/Guest Relations department. You must be fluent in local language, English, and German; additional languages will be highly valuable.
