Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ambassador to join our team at Sin nombre. As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Engage with hotel guests to enhance their service experience, activating all outlet services within the lobby area, including the restaurant, bar, front desk, business center, lounge, and more.
- Request Fulfillment: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.
- Special Requests: Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
- Local Area Knowledge: Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.
- Problem Resolution: Contact the appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Accident Reporting: Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
- Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Guest Welcome: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Communication: Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Teamwork: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Quality Assurance: Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Physical Demands: Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
