What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker with a passion for service. As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including handling VIP reservations, guiding guests, and being a Kimpton ambassador.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner, recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members and returning guests.
- Accommodate general and unique requests.
- Analyze customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve overall rating, scores, and metrics.
- Provide information on hotel services and facilities.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, and needs.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience working in Front Office/Guest Relations department.
- Must be fluent in local language, English, and German, with additional languages highly valuable.
