Internship OpportunitiesAs a Guest Service Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in various areas of the hotel industry. During your internship, you will:
- Participate in cross-training through different hotel departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
- Shadow our Guest Service Manager to learn about leadership and customer service best practices.
- Assist with allocating rooms to VIP and return guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Make a presence felt in restaurants and bars, providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Listen to guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Anticipate guest desires and take initiative to make their stay unforgettable.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High level of English and German language proficiency, with other languages being a plus.
- Spanish is not a requirement.
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
This internship is based in Palma, with opportunities to work in various destinations within Spain, including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and mainland Spain.
