Business Development Manager for Cradlepoint

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. in support of Cradlepoint, a leading provider of wireless networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable market share growth for Cradlepoint in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and vendors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and maintain accurate and detailed sales pipelines, including tracking and reporting on sales activity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Provide sales support and training to internal sales teams, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including wireless networking solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
