- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve hotel sales, revenue, and market share goals
- Drive customer satisfaction and service focusing on sales effectiveness and creative customer-driven solutions
- Use data analysis to explore new business opportunities and identify areas for growth
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve target conversion for reactive and reservation sales
- Optimize all channels, including 3rd party channels such as OTAs and Group intermediary platforms
- Partner with revenue management to develop and implement hotel sales and distribution strategies
- Support the development of hotel positioning within the market and be the voice of the consumer to help shape the long-term positioning strategy of the hotel
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes
- Ability to analyze financial reports and set accurate revenue/booking goals
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies for multiple properties
- Ability to interpret market data and apply to sales strategy
- Effective decision-making skills and ability to execute against the strategy and drive results
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or University degree preferred
