About Our Cocktail Bar

We're pushing the boundaries of the hotel bar concept, blending unconventional ingredients with classic cocktails in a unique and captivating way. Our cocktail bar is a vibrant, conceptual space that explores a dystopian post-modern cocktail world, where iconic classics are reimagined through a lens of innovative ingredients.

Our bar is dominated by a spectacular compounding room, where our expert mixologists formulate bespoke cocktail recipes and offer personalized martini experiences. We're passionate about serving a curated selection of beverages, including wine, spirits, and local produce, and we're committed to celebrating the art of mixology.

As a key member of our pre-opening team, you'll play a crucial role in launching and growing our cocktail bar, maintaining the highest standards of excellence, and driving performance across all areas of our business. You'll work closely with our Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, staff training, and compliance with health and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and development of our cocktail bar, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate our team, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Work closely with our Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement effective staff training programs to drive performance and excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards, and maintain accurate records
