Senior Producer/Creative Director, Premium Games

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer/Creative Director to lead the development of our premium games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product from scratch, from ideation to release and post-release maintenance
  • Drive development teams to ensure excellent game execution
  • Own the P&L and product roadmap for premium games
  • Work with Business Development to identify developers and publishers for premium game opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years experience in the Games Industry
  • Strong expertise in premium games development and knowledge of f2p development
  • Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager or Senior Producer
  • Strong skills in game design of premium games and experience in creative game concepts from scratch
  • Experience working with sourced development teams and partners
  • Experience shipping at least one game
  • Strong communication, presentation and pitching skills
  • Strong goal orientation mindset and readiness to own the whole project
  • Excellent English level
  • Passion for video games
