Senior Producer/Creative Director, Premium Games

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the development of our premium games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the entire pipeline of premium games development, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product from scratch, from ideation to launch
  • Drive development teams to ensure excellent game execution
  • Own the P&L and product roadmap for premium games
  • Work with Business Development to identify developers and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry
  • Strong expertise in premium games development and knowledge of f2p development
  • Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer
  • Strong skills in game design and creative game concepts
  • Experience working with sourced development teams and partners
  • Experience shipping at least one game
  • Strong communication, presentation, and pitching skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset and readiness to own the project
  • Excellent English level
