ZeptoLab is seeking an experienced Senior Producer/Creative Director to lead the development of original premium IPs.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the creation of high-quality premium games that bring joy to millions of people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium games development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for video games.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of premium games from concept to launch, including ideation, design, prototyping, implementation, and post-launch maintenance.
  • Drive development teams to ensure they execute and deliver excellent games.
  • Own the product roadmap for premium games, including live and in-development titles.
  • Work with Business Development to identify developers that can execute premium product ideas.
  • Pitch strong premium game opportunities to potential development partners and publishers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry.
  • Strong expertise in premium games development, knowledge of f2p development is a plus.
  • Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer.
  • Strong skills in game design of premium games, experience in creative game concepts from scratch.
  • Experience working with outsourced development teams and partners a plus.
  • Experience shipping at least one game.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
  • Strong goal orientation mindset and readiness to own the whole project.
  • Excellent English level.
  • Passion for video games.
