Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for drinks, food, service, and hospitality to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As our Premium Cocktail Bar Director, you'll be responsible for successfully launching and leading the growth of our cocktail bar, maintaining excellence, and improving performance in all areas of our business.

You'll work closely with our Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to manage day-to-day operations, staff training, compliance, and health and food safety standards. Your responsibilities will include forecasting sales, managing inventory, and ensuring all items are correctly and accurately costed and priced according to margin targets.

We're looking for a team player with a creative mindset, ability to make things happen, and a 'can-do' attitude. Experience within the luxury hospitality sector is desirable, but not required. If you're a resourceful individual with a passion for hospitality, finance literacy, and a strong understanding of international bar communities, we want to hear from you.
