About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Information Associate to join our team at Sin nombre. As a Medical Information Associate, you will play a critical role in providing medical information to external customers, including healthcare professionals and patients, as well as assisting pharmaceutical clients' internal departments with queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical information enquiries in English and Finnish, providing accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Participate in pharmacovigilance activities, including the initial intake of adverse events.
- Prepare responses to enquiries based on research in the literature and collaboration with physicians, both internally and with pharmaceutical client internal departments.
- Act as a call handling agent in our Medical Information dedicated call center.
- Contribute to the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Finnish.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Process-oriented and critical thinking.
- Responsible approach to work duties.
