About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer - UX Specialist to join our team at SITA Switzerland Sarl. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, user-centered content that meets the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, including manuals, online help, and product specifications, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content strategies and improve user interactions.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), UX designers, product managers, and developers to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop content strategies that align with business goals while ensuring consistency in tone and voice across all platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and content updates within project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or UX writing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your writing skills across various digital products.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for technical writing (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker) as well as design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
