About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Training and Documentation team at OMP. As a key member of our Product Development organization, you will play a crucial role in creating, developing, and improving learning formats, training materials, and documentation for our end-users and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create content that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement training programs, workshops, and webinars to support the onboarding and upskilling of our users.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
  • Work closely with our product development team to ensure that documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with product releases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Languages, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a straightforward and concise manner.
  • Strong affinity with IT and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, teaching, or technical training.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning and management.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly in the context of international business.
