About the Role

Celonis is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team and help us create high-quality documentation for our Process Intelligence platform. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and publishing documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation for our Process Intelligence platform, including user guides, technical notes, and release notes.
  • Work closely with our development team to gather information about new features and updates, and create documentation that is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain a style guide for our documentation, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and formatting.
  • Collaborate with our product team to ensure that our documentation is aligned with our product roadmap and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our documentation and make recommendations for changes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development and the technical aspects of software products.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience with content management systems and documentation tools, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.
