Director of Sales & Marketing

At Empresa Reconocida, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts as Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a key role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals
  • Manage sales activities, including direct sales, sales administration, public relations, and sales team management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including group and convention sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and external partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
