Seller Engagement Associate with French

As a Seller Engagement Associate with French, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon's Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these partners meet all their sustainable compliance needs, while also providing world-class support to help them navigate the complexities of Amazon's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication skills to engage with Selling Partners and internal teams.
- Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Problem-Solving: Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will work closely with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.
