As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and educate customers on our cloud solutions.
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, and build quick rapport to assess customer needs.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com and work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native level of German and fluent English language skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
