About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Institut Straumann Ag. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales growth and account penetration within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at target accounts, identifying their needs and business issues
  • Represent Straumann Group products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the prospective accounts needs and objectives
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate Straumann Groups offering and value propositions to key decision makers
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects
Requirements
  • Dental sector experience and technical product knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets, with a proven ability to quote and close is essential
  • Self-starter, highly driven, with excellent listening and communication skills
  • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology
  • Well organized, excellent administration skills, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results
  • Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research prospects, connect, educate, and offer solutions to qualify a prospect
