Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our customers, using data from various sources and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, customer solutions, finance, and supply chain, to understand demand drivers and market trends.
- Support sales teams in translating pipeline into forecasted customer wins and losses, and help identify opportunities to improve commercial plans.
- Generate demand and collection forecasts for both short-term and long-term planning horizons, meeting agreed requirements and operating guidelines.
- Ensure timely communications of the forecast and changes to the forecast to stakeholders in sales, asset productivity, finance, and supply chain.
- Develop scenarios for alternative courses of action for decision-making purposes, in support of strategic objectives and to challenge business plans.
- Facilitate the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Review meetings, driving alignment between demand and supply, and strategic and financial objectives.
- Good forecasting and demand planning experience in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of statistics and analytical tools.
- Experience in stakeholder management and project management is advantageous.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and viewpoints into clear insight.
- Self-directed, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
