Demand Planning Manager

About the Role
CHEP is a leading provider of pallet and container solutions, helping to move goods to more people in more places than any other organization on earth. As a Demand Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal of sustainable and efficient logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop forecasts and scenarios for customer demand, incorporating multiple data sources and analytical tools to inform business decisions. Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand drivers and market trends. Support sales teams in translating pipeline into forecasted customer wins and losses, and help identify opportunities to improve commercial plans. Generate demand and collection forecasts for both short-term and long-term planning horizons, ensuring timely communications with stakeholders. Develop scenarios for alternative courses of action to support strategic objectives and challenge business plans.
What You'll Need
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. Experience with demand planning and forecasting, preferably in a logistics or supply chain context. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or mathematics.
