About the Role

CHEP, a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and asset productivity teams, you will play a critical role in developing forecasts and scenarios for customer demand, ensuring the right information and analysis are available to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand drivers and market trends
  • Evaluate and incorporate multiple data sources to inform forecasting and scenario planning
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, meeting agreed requirements and operating guidelines
  • Communicate forecast assumptions and changes to stakeholders in sales, asset productivity, finance, and supply chain
  • Facilitate the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Review meetings, driving alignment between demand and supply, and strategic and financial objectives
Requirements
  • Good forecasting and demand planning experience in a commercial environment, working cross-functionally and independently
  • Experience in stakeholder management and project management
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with understanding of statistics and statistical-based demand planning
