As a Senior Demand Planning Manager at Diageo, you will be responsible for leading the cross-functional business planning process, ensuring seamless integration of commercial and operational strategies. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in designing, implementing, and executing Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed the business planning process end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment across functions
  • Lead the team of Demand Planners on short-term and long-term market demand forecasting processes
  • Oversee the monthly governance process to monitor progress and take corrective actions when required
  • Implement and sustain Diageo's global demand management agenda
  • Lead and develop Demand Planner(s) and coach the market
  • Build and nurture senior leader relationships across the Supply Chain
  • Embrace and champion Diageo's inclusive culture
  • Use experience with demand forecasting platforms to drive efficiency and accuracy


Requirements:

  • Broad supply chain planning and demand forecasting experience in a CPG company
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and executing Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes
  • Ability to foster effective relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical approach and data analytics skills
  • Familiarity with supply network data platforms, ERP, and master data systems
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and demand forecasting/IBP operational processes
  • Proven team management experience
