About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SaaS Sales Hunter for North of Spain to acquire new business for SCALAR, our next-gen Fleet Management Solution. As a Sales Executive Spain, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers, managing the sales process, and delivering compelling presentations and demos of our solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
- Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage.
- Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
